These Scan FFP2 moulded disposable masks are designed to cover the nose, mouth and chin. The construction is made of the filter material itself. The masks have elasticated retaining straps to keep them securely in place. In addition they have an adjustable nose clip and soft foam nose piece for custom fitting. To be disposed of after each period of work or 8 hour shift.

With a FFP2 protection level, these masks are suitable for protecting from particles between 2 and 5 microns.

Disposable mask protection level guide:
FFP1: Particles larger than 5 microns. General dust, Water based spray, Paint mist (Water based).
FFP2: Particles between 2 and 5 microns. Sanding of softwood, Hand sanding MDF, Ceramic tile dust, Cutting slabs.
FFP2 Odour: Particles between 2 and 5 microns. Solvent paint vapour (Brush applied), Welding fumes, Metal dust.
FFP3: Particles less than 2 microns. Loft insulation, Hardwood dust & cutting MDF, Stone cutting, Plastering.
